Sammy serves as a major antagonist in Bendy and the Ink Machine, the secondary antagonist of the prequel novel Dreams Come to Life, the tritagonist of Boris and the Dark Survival, a mentioned protagonist in the defictionalization of The Illusion of Living, and a minor character in Bendy and the Dark Revival. He was voiced by Aaron Landon, who is a developer of the game. He was the former director of the music department at Joey Drew Studios who was corrupted by the Ink after accidentally swallowing some, becoming insane and believing the Ink Demon is his savior that will free him from his inky body and return him to his human form.
